At Alberta Boot, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots aren't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your boots are in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact; please try them on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing the leather soles.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your boots in their original box, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our master bootmakers inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
